I cant believe that a 3rd party had to add this functionality to iOS devices! But they sure did it well. It seems silly that a little extension like this should make such a difference but it does. To be honest I use it less for the actual EXIF/Metadata info and more for file size. Its the fastest way to find the size of an image or video. And when youre running short of space thats important.
